I’m still waiting on my order and the shipping has taken way longer than I expected. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “It’s on the way, just give it a little more time,” but that wasn’t super helpful. I get that delays happen, but it’s been frustrating not having a clearer update.

I ordered what seemed like a good deal, but once it arrived, something about it just felt off. The packaging was beat up, and the item itself didn’t really have the quality I was expecting. It technically worked, but it felt cheaper than it should have, and I couldn’t feel fully confident that it was authentic. Shipping was fine, so I’ll give them that, but I think it’s fair to expect products to show up in decent shape and feel legit. I probably wouldn’t order from double-woot again unless it was something low-risk

I tried ordering from double-woot.com, the checkout process was a mess. I’ve shopped on plenty of smaller sites before, so I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but this felt really unfinished. Pages were loading slowly, my cart kept changing randomly, and I couldn’t clearly see the final price until the very end. Then my payment failed twice with no useful explanation, and I had to start over. At that point, the site just didn’t feel trustworthy, so I gave up and bought the item somewhere else.

I reached out to customer service but never heard anything back. Frustrating when you’re waiting for help and just get silence.

I’ll be honest, I was mainly paying attention to the prices, and they just felt too high for what was being offered. The deals didn’t really stand out to me either, they seemed like regular prices with a sale tag.

I ordered from them once and the item just wasn’t what I expected, so I started a return. The whole process felt more annoying than it needed to be, and the refund took almost three weeks to show up. Support did respond, but it was mostly stuff like “we’re looking into it” and “please allow more time,” which didn’t really help. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon.
